This document ultimately talks about the Mass. And in the mass we have this last supper (this is the correlation to our topic). In the first paragraph, we see that it is talking about the Administration of the Sacraments, and in the case, the Eucharist. Next we have the Eucharist, the actual body and blood of Jesus Christ. And finally, we have the weekly worship as christians.
Back to the first paragraph, we see how the Eucharist will be given to us, and also the way it is performed. Next, the actual Eucharist; Jesus Christ instituted this event at the Last Supper and said "This do ye in remembrance of meMe, this is My body" and after that he said in a a similar way "this is my cup." Jesus was offering Himself to us, so that once he is gone, we will remember what he was here for. Lastly, the worship as christians. We worship God on our own, but in the Mass, we "fully worship him as christians."
