MR 5.A Analysis Task -- Grace

First off, what is the definition of Grace? Grace is: (google definition)simple elegance or refinement of movement. Whereas our text's definition states: The free and undeserved gift of God to respong to one's vocation to become his adopted son or daughter. 

On main subject our course has been over is Redemption. In order for us to be redeemed, our souls must be in a state of grace. However our we are born with an "untouched"  soul. By this, I mean our soul is not "equipped" with the correct graces of God. It soul is deemed unworthy to be in heaven.

The example the article gives explains why a human cannot live at the bottom of the ocean by ourselves. The answer: simply because our body is unequipped to live there, just like our soul is unequipped to live in heaven.  

The difference between Sanctifying grace and Actual Grace is.... Sanctifying Grace is a a grace that physically stays in your soul, whereas Actual Grace is a supernatural force, or push of encouragement.
